EPC brings power and innovation with a connected bottle, a clear and simple range (a permanent range of 3 cuvées and an ephemeral range available in limited quantity, each of them being sold at the same price). Every cuvée is elaborated with the same grape variety : Chardonnay, a single terroir and a single year, with a very limited sugar dosage and sulphites. Every champagne is trackable. Winemakers are considered as real partners and create themselves their cuvées in collaboration with Richard Dailly, EPC’s cellar master. Something new is comming in the Champagne world !
