Slack Time: Slack time for a project activity is the difference between the activity's earliest start and latest start or earliest finish and latest finish.
With the mobile Slack app, you can view the Activity window by opening a workspace and tapping the menu button in the upper-right corner. From the drop-down menu, tap Activity. The Activity window. Slack Activity Tracking
What I've done to solve this in the meantime, is that using a simple Slack app I've created, I log significant activity within the workspace to a separate channel called #log. Then I can scroll up the #log feed to see where things have happened in chronological order. In each log message, I also link to the channel the action happened in, i.e. The free slack of an activity i is equal to the allowable delay of an activity that has no effect on the earliest start ES of a successor activity and can be calculated as min all successors j (ES j) - EF i with ES j the earliest start time of an activity j that succeeds activity i.
